  • We will also consider sites where there is a mix of residential and commercial uses as our parent company the RO Group are a commercial property investor.

Partnerships

We are interested in and open to any form of partnership – whether that be with Housing Associations, Care Homes Providers, Retirement Operators or Commercial Operators.

  • Potential future redevelopment / refurbishment / extension
  • Long term alternative use angles preferred
  • Southern half of England focus
  • Office, industrial, retail or land
  • Good micro-location (prime pitch or near railway station or near major arterial road / motorway)
